Sugarbush Maple Beer Bread
Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
1/4 cup of sugar
1 – 12 oz. can of Sugarbush Maple Lager
1/2 cup butter – melted
3 tsp maple syrup
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Lightly coat loaf pan with butter or cooking spray
3. In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk together.
4. Pour in beer and using a wooden spoon, mix to combine all ingredients
5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
6. Melt butter in microwave or stovetop
7. Drizzle butter over dough
8. Bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes. Remove from the oven, let rest in pan for 5 minutes.
9. Remove from pan, slice and enjoy!
