Simply add $50.00 to your cart and $5.00 flat rate shipping will be offered as a shipping method during checkout. Some exclusions apply. Items excluded from flat rate shipping will be marked on the product page. Orders with both flat shipping items and non-flat rate items will be charged shipping at weight-based rates. Your flat shipping order may arrive any time between 2-9 business days after you place your order. Contiguous domestic (US) shipping only. AK/HI/PR, military addresses (APO/FPO/LPO) and most US territories are not included in the $5 Flat Rate Shipping offer. Single parcel rate only, orders too heavy and/or bulky for a single parcel may not qualify.
The State of Michigan requires us to collect a 6% sales tax on all taxable merchandise and shipping charges for items being shipped within the state of Michigan. Shipping charges are taxed at the same 6% rate as required by Michigan state law.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, shipping error, image error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Upper Hand Brewery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Upper Hand Brewery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Upper Hand Brewery shall issue a credit to customers credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We currently only ship internationally to Canada via Fedex. No other international shipping is currently available. We will ship to international couriers, but please note our shipments are packaged only for domestic shipping and Upper Hand Brewery releases all responsibility for a package once tracking shows it was delivered to the domestic address provided.
Upper Hand Brewery does ship to AK/HI/PR, military addresses (APO/FPO/LPO) and most US territories. Shipping quotes & times may be higher than expected so please contact us with special situations by using the contact forms below. You are responsible for making sure your order is compliant with all shipping/customs regulations wherever you are. While we do our best to ensure your order is packaged sufficiently, Bell’s General Store Online will not be responsible for damaged/destroyed or lost packages sent to non-continental addresses. We do not suggest buying fragile/perishable items for overseas shipping. Buy at your own risk!
For returns/exchanges, please return your items to the address below – any shipping method is allowed and you do not need prior approval or to acquire an RMA number. For an apparel exchange, please include a note with your desired size/color and return shipping address. Please either check our store for current availability to make sure we have what you want, or use the contact form below. You pay to ship it back to us, and we cover the cost to ship the exchange back to you.
If you are requesting a return for refund, please include your online order number with your item. All funds from a return will be refunded onto the credit/debit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay account used to place the order. Refunds may only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. After this time, you will receive only store credit on approved returns. We only issue refunds for items received by us in unworn and resellable condition.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if an item was missing from your order, reply to any of the e-mails we have sent you, or please use the contact form below. A return/exchange or photo evidence may be required in certain circumstances. A contact phone number and e-mail address for the online store is also included on the packing slip in your order.
